Russell is a semi retired professional from a recognised career in the medical industry and has invested in a number of corporate acquisitions through out his career.

Russell's influence in the registration of the Queensland company TMOA is as a financial contributor and business advisor and overseer of the operations in the areas of operations, finance and budgets. Russell is a strategist and provides leadership though his ability to analyse and provide solutions for successful operational procedures and company investment.

Is Meshelle (Shelle) Knapp who demonstrates experience in corporate structural analysis, HR and corporate counseling.

She is a qualified corporate psychologist and has specialized in the field of company structure and restructure, organisational psychology, change management, underpinned by L&D initiatives.

Meshelle is a visionary and able to create, through simplistic evaluation, growth options designed to enhance performance and improve productivity.

Meshelle is the "driving force" of TMOA, a Change Management / Corporate Advisory consultation company incorporating organisational and structural analysis; human movement management and psychology, executive search, executive leaning and team development services.

To facilitate "End to End" corporate solutions TMOA has gained status as a national Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

TMOA has working affiliations with a number of valued leaders in the areas of Human Resource and Learning and Development companies to enhance the range of services available on a Project / Vendor Management basis.

Meshelle's expertise includes corporate structural and management analysis, executive search and recruitment, executive learning and development facilitation, sales and marketing, general management and corporate consulting.

She holds a Master in Business Administration, a Bachelor in Social Sciences, and is a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
